FURNITURE - Not to be moved from one area to another without permission from the Treverton Facilities Co-ordinator.
DININGHALLS
CUTLERY AND CROCKERY - No cutlery/crockery/utensils may be removed from any dining hall
HUDSON-REED HALL
CLIMBING WALLS - Out of bounds
PIANO - Only for use by qualified musicians.
SPORT - Only basketball is permitted indoors. No roller-blades, roller-skates, scooters, skateboards or bicycles in the hall.
STAGE PLATFORMS - Please do not drag these across the hall floors.
UPSTAIRS - Out of bounds.
TOILETS - Please note that we are not on an urban sewerage system and therefore the toilets are easily blocked.
MAIN AUDITORIUM AND ALAN STAPLES CENTRE
452 SEATER - No standing on seats.
SOUND SYSTEM AND LIGHTING - Only for use as agreed with the Conference Co-ordinator.
GRAND PIANOS - Only for use by qualified musicians
HOSTELS
BREAKAGES - Facilities will be checked before and after use and all breakages will be for the account of the camp organisers. Fire equipment has been checked and will be charged for if abused.
CUBICLES - Please respect the fact that these belong to our pupils by not removing posters or placing wet washing on the varnished desks.
COMMON ROOMS - Out of bounds as the facilities belong to the pupils and not to Treverton.
SECURITY - Please note that Treverton cannot be responsible for the safety of personal possessions.
TELEPHONES - Card phones are available in all College and Prep hostels for outgoing calls and all hostels have a non-card phone for incoming calls only. School phones are not available for use.
SPORTS FACILITIES
ASTRO – Out of bounds, unless by special prior arrangement.
DAM - Please be aware that some banks are sheer and dangerous and the water is 7m deep in places. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the dam.
POOLS - Please avoid getting sand or mud in the pools. No hanging on lane ropes. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the pools. The Prep pool is reserved for use by younger children.
SQUASH COURTS - Please use proper squash footwear and remember to switch off the lights when you're finished.
TENNIS COURTS - Please use tennis shoes. No roller-blades, roller skates, skateboards, scooters or bicycles.
TRAMPOLINES - Strictly one person at a time. No shoes! If this rule is disobeyed, the trampolines will be removed.
STAFF HOUSINGPlease remember that the Campus is 'home' to staff families and their privacy is to be respected. We also request that there be silence on the premises between 10pm and 7 am, for the same reason.
VEHICLES
GRASSED AREAS - Vehicle owners are asked to use the grassed areas as little as possible. Please do NOT drive across the fields.
SECURITY - For security reasons, all vehicle owners will be required to complete the access book on entering the property
LANDING STRIPAircraft owners are welcome to use the airfield and to park near the hangar. The airfield is unregistered and is used at the pilot's own risk.
PETSWe regret that no pets may be brought on to the school property.
Hirers / Users of Treverton property agree to indemnify Treverton Trust, the trustees of Treverton Trust, its employees or their authorised agents or representatives against any and all claims arising out of the injury, death, loss, damage, costs or expense, including legal costs, suffered as a result of the use of these facilities.
